Hirsch's Centurion Chef for the day, Wynand Strydom and PRO Linda Levendag introduced Margaret Hirsch's new cookbook "Living the Modern Vegetarian Life" by cooking a golden delicious warm winters day soup from the book! “The recipe book is to be launched at the East Coast Home and Garden Show in Durban on Friday, 6 July 2012, and we decided to try the Golden Carrot Soup with Peppadews to warm everyone up!” Linda told us. The soup bubbled away in the AEG pressure cooker and was blitzed with the Philips food blender and it was served with a sprinkling of coriander....
